5th hour collaborated on their EQ notes from the Dalai Lama article. In all hours we looked at a few slides of images and quotes of/from the Dalai Lama and then viewed a brief video about him, Buddhism, and monastic life. Please add some EQs and CQs from these sources. We then began work on a note page handout to guide us through a Buddhist primary source -- the Dhammapadda -- to be used in Socratic discussion Wednesday. We will finish the reading and note-taking prep work in class on Tuesday.
