We went over the content on the final exam. The scored China article Reading Claim & Evidence was returned, discussed, and edited. (It was a 1st semester score.) A new seating chart was put in place for this new semester. Students then did a self re-eval on the six skills, using PEN this time -- putting a "+" next to each bullet point that you are doing well and circling any bullet point that you haven't yet mastered. (See me for the eval., and turn it back in to me once you've completed it.) We also took some time to sort our our Urban Unit papers into the categories established earlier in the year (Claim & Evidence, Class Basics, etc....)
