We read the scholarly source on John Brown -- excerpts from James W. Loewen's "Lies..." We read aloud in groups, using phones and dictionaries as needed for terminology, and discussing each paragraph for comprehension and to help each other out with notes before moving to each new paragraph. This will be finished in class tomorrow.
