We filled in the E.Q. portion of the Unit-Closure Work Page (via SMARTboard). Paper labels and paper clips were provided to the students (along with a significant amount of class time) to organize all papers, now, by skill. Each time we approach/repeat a skill, students should access their old papers and helpful instruction pages to "get into the zone" and use former practices as individualized aids in the new skills performances. (Note: the Unit-Closure Work Pages and the start-of-year papers will be separate from the labeled/clipped packets.) We did some follow-up work and instruction on argumentative writing....see a reliable classmate for the highlighting (3 colors) we did on the Target sample page and on the new "Breaking Down Some Basics" handout.
