We finished our note-taking from "The Presidents" DVD (available on youtube) and then collaborated to add relevant notes to our EQ pages. We went through a very short slideshow about gender inequity and the women's movement in the post-war era -- email me, and I'll share it with you via Google. (You'll need to see me to get the stories that go along with the last slide.) We began reading our last packet of excerpts from Loewen -- annotate the text as you read.
