Taking the final exam OR NOT -- either way -- KEEP all of your Unit-Closure Work Pages as well as the Presidents' Political Parties packet, because some of it will be used in future units and the May final exam includes this material. Until you know for certain in late May that you qualify for that exemption, don't pitch...not being able to exempt would be a bummer, but it would then be awful if you'd also tossed your materials and had to start from scratch. Students finished their analysis of "The Other Lincoln" and we discussed and edited the work and then took time to pull some info for the E.Q. page. Study time!!! There will be a 30-question practice quiz tomorrow; any student who does well on the practice test will have 5 points added to their actual final exam score.
