Sociology

We discussed the two prison articles, adding to our EQ bullet points.  The EQ argumentative writing is optional -- you may do the writing if you wish to use it as a replacement score.  The agenda for the remainder of the school year was provided.  We set up a new, and final, EQ page for the "Social Inequity" unit with this EQ -- "What are the consequences to society of inequitable opportunities for groups within the culture?"  Students took the "Ruby Payne quizzes" and read an article about "Family Evictions" and added bullet-point answers on their EQ pages.
